Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days(unless product is out of stock or for pre-orders.
Orders placed between 2pm on Fridays until Sunday will ship on Monday.
All orders are sent by registered courier (Fastway).
Refund Policy
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Sensory Learning Supplies within 14 days or that the item was delivered damaged, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent out or to fully credit you on receipt of returned item.
Product(s) need to be returned in a re-saleable condition with original packaging within 14 days and we will arrange credit for you upon receipt of product(s).
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your product(s). If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund as shipping costs are non-refundable.
