It will often present itself as a dry full-bodied wine with mild acidity and round fruit .It takes its name from the town of <strong>Avola<\/strong>, near Syracuse. This very popular wine is the most cultivated in this region, the province of Castelvetrano.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Food Pairing\u00a0<\/strong>You will appreciate it with mature cheeses.
