Pierre spent time working in Australia\u2019s Adelaide Hills and at Domaine Dujac in Burgundy. Over the years the property has grown to nine hectares. The vineyards are amongst the finest and steepest in Bu\u00e9. Yields are held low through a spring de-budding (one of Pierre\u2019s main changes) and harvesting is by hand with meticulous sorting prior to vinification.
