Preparation and Usage
Coat meat or seafood in plain flour. Dip into a mixture of beaten egg, 2-3 tablespoons water and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Roll in Obento Panko Breadcrumbs. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
