 The bouquet and the palate develop the grape’s full range of aromas and flavours, with superb, very complex fruit (apples, tropical fruit, citrus, and pears).
Intense and voluptuous, this wine is very long on the palate, with good concentration and a wonderful liveliness.

Planted in 2006, the Chardonnay vines are now showing a handsome maturity, with a very interesting aromatic balance. The team therefore decided to work on a reduced selection (only 4,500 bottles are produced) of the Chardonnay vines offering the best potential, to produce a wine of outstanding quality after 14 months of ageing in French oak barrels (60% new).
