Planted in 2006, the Chardonnay vines are now showing a handsome maturity, with a very interesting aromatic balance. The team therefore decided to work on a reduced selection (only 4,500 bottles are produced) of the Chardonnay vines offering the best potential, to produce a wine of outstanding quality after 14 months of ageing in French oak barrels (60% new).
