Cramele Recas is an estate near Timisoara, the capital of the Banat region in Western Romania, just south of Transylvania. This almost one thousand hectare estate, in impeccable condition, is run by Elvira and Philip Cox, a Romanian/English partnership.

Fermentation is in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks at 14C.
