The Winemaker and Owner, Jean Claude Paret is recognized as one of the most progressive wine makers in this region. He produces great wine of quality, unique terrior using minimum intervention grape growing and winemaking techniques in vineyard and winery.
Tasting Notes: A big fruity earthy nose, followed by blueberry, blackcurrant, blackberry with a twist of liquorice and spice. The tannins are smooth in this young wine and the finish is long and lingering. A classic.
