This elegant Prosecco Frizzante from Italy is made from the Glera grape variety. After the harvest, the grapes arrive at the press house in the fastest way. Here you are sorted and carefully ground. Fermentation is then carried out in a stainless steel tank at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by ageing for a few months on the fine yeast before the wine is finally bottled.
